Facebook adds a simpler way to tag your friends
After a recent privacy update on Facebook, Facebook has decided to add some more enhancements that will make tagging of your friends a bit simpler.
If you’re a Facebook user than you probably know that in order to tag your friends in status message you have to add @ before your friend’s name, however there are many people around the world that don’t know how to tag their friends in their status updates, so Facebook decided to make their lives a bit easier. With this update in order to tag your friend in a status message, all that you have to is to type five or more letters of friend’s name with the first letter capitalized and the dropdown menu will appear so you can select the appropriate friend from the list. In addition, you can even shorten the names of tagged people, in case that your friend’s name is too long, you can simply delete few characters while keeping your friend tagged.
Latest Samsung Series 5 Chromebook revealed
Chrome OS netbooks are finally here and Samsung is set to be the benchmark with the revealing of their new all-new Samsung Series 5 “Chromebook”.
The much anticipated netbook is ultraslim at just 0.79-inch thick. Its 12.1-inch screen is capable of 1280 x 800 resolution and weighs only 3.26 pounds. Spec wise the Chromebook sports a dual-core 1.66GHz Intel Atom N570 chip, a HD webcam with NC microphone, and a 16GB mSATA solid state drive. Connectivities include dual-band 802.11 WiFi, optional global 3G, two USB 2.0 ports, an SDXCcard reader, and VGA-out via an ‘optional’ dongle.
